Methods of Cooking:

• Microwave – Heat on high for 5 minutes
• Steamer – Grease the steamer with oil and steam on boiling water for 10-15 minutes
• Pan Fried – Pan fried the momo with oil on both side till golden brown. Add few drops of water and cook the momo till water dries up
• Deep Fry – Deep fry the momos until golden brown on all sides

Step 1 – Open a 6 pieces packet of Petoo Frozen chicken momo

Step 2 – Pan fry the momos for few minutes until it becomes golden brown

Step 3 – Take off the flame and cover the fried momo and let it settle

Step 4 – Take a frying pan, add cream, milk, kasturi methi, yellow food color (optional), a pinch of sugar and slow heat the mix until it gets good & nice consistency

Step 5 – Take off the flame and pour the rich malai sauce on the pan fried momos & stir it so that the momo is well drenched in the malai sauce

Step 4 – Finely chop some garlic, capsicum & onion

Step 5 – Take a frying pan, add some oil and stir fry the finely choope garlic, capsicum & onion

Step 6 – Add Soya Sauce, tomato ketchup and chili paste and sauteed them until it gives a nice & consistant thick sauce

Step 7 – Take off the flame and pour the rich hot garlic sauce on the pan fried momos

Step 3 – Take off the flame and let it settle for a while

Step 4 – Take a frying pan, add some butter, curd, tandoori masala, chat masala, jeera powder

Step 6 – Mix the concoction well and then add the steamed momo to the tandoori masala.

Step 7 – Let the momo get drenched in the tandoori masala and then take off the flame
