State of the Art Production Facilities and Process
We have a 1500 Sq.Feet production centre in Guwahati at Six Mile, VIP Road.
We have multiple production lines to fulfil the ever-rising demands of our products. We have a fully automated production line, where the end-to-end process is fulfilled by machine process. But machine is not flexible and hence is limited to producing only certain types of products, hence we also built semi – automated lines, which have hybrid model in the various steps.
Machines are deployed where it is critical and necessary like freeze blasting, steaming, making dough, rolling dough or chopping ingredients. However, skill-based expertise like mixing the fillings, seaming the dough, etc are done by master craftsmen who have been churning out delicious and authentic foods to thousands of satisfied customers across various cities and towns.
